We put together a routine that suits you: simple and elegant, or with turns and a surprise moment for your guests.

Private lessons
You learn step by step in our studio in Zurich Altstetten, whenever suitable for you, as many classes as you want, in whatever way to make it look and feel perfect on your special day.

Dress rehearsal
In your final lesson(s) you dance the whole routine, dressed up, with an audience (our students), so you are prepared for the big day and dance with confidence!

Wedding day
Would you like your guests on the dance floor too? We can come to your wedding and teach everyone a short, relaxed salsa workshop. It gets people dancing and opens the party with energy.

WE LOVE DANCING
Your wedding day is special and we know that. We also know that weddings are expensive and we try to minimise our cost on your special day. We create your choreography outside your paid lessons, provide music at no extra cost if you need it, and you are welcome to record your lessons so you know exactly what to practise at home. You pay only for the time you dance with us.
One teacher
Fr. 90 / per hour
One teacher builds your dance with you. Ideal if you already have some experience, or if only one of you needs lessons.
Two teachers
Fr. 130 / per hour
One teacher for each of you, fully focused on building your dance together. Ideal if you are both beginners or both want individual guidance.
Frequently asked wedding questions
1. We have never danced before. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Most couples start with no experience. We build the routine so you feel confident on the day. And we give you opportunities to practice in front of audience along the way, to get the experience needed for perfection.
2. When should we start?
The sooner, the better, but ideally at least three months before the wedding, with one lesson a week, so there is time for the steps to settle. We have also prepared couples in under four weeks. Tell us your date and we plan the lessons around it.
3. How many lessons do we need?
Most couples take 8 to 12 private lessons. The number depends on your experience, how much you practise at home and how complex you want the routine to be. We give you an honest estimate at the first meeting.
4. Can we dance to our own song?
Of course. You decide, we support. And if you do not have your own song, we have a library with anything you can wish for, we build your dance around your song.
5. Where are the lessons?
At Rhythmia Dance Studio, Badenerstrasse 551, 8048 Zürich, in Altstetten near Letzigrund stadium. If required, we can of course come to you (depending on location).
6. Can you shorten or edit our song?
Yes. We cut your song to the length you want, so the dance ends at the right moment.
7. Should we practise in our wedding shoes and outfit?
Not at first, but closer to the date, we really recommend dancing in clothes that resembles what you will be wearing, so you feel comfortable on the day.
8. Can we keep the dance a surprise?
Absolutely. Your lessons are private, and nobody sees your routine before the wedding unless you want them to. Your videos from class are yours and yours only to do what you want with.
9. Can you teach our guests at the wedding?
We come to your venue and give a fun salsa workshop for your guests, suitable for all levels. It gets everyone on the dance floor and makes a memorable start to the party. Ask us for a quote.
10. Can parents or the wedding party join?
Of course, we can prepare a parent dance, a group entrance or a dance with your bridal party.
11. How do we get started?
